  • For orders of original products, we will ship within 10 to 14 days after payment confirmation, with the exception of some products.

Returns and Exchanges
  • Depending on the order completion, production may take a considerable amount of time.
    In that case, please contact us at the time of ordering. There may be cases where the traditional craftsman cannot be substituted due to health reasons, weather, transportation reasons, etc., and the craftsman may have to cancel the order.
